Our Financial Services division is looking for a committed Payroll & HR Administrator to serve as a foundational element of our compensation and human resources operations. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate computations and processing for employee compensation covering salaries bonuses deductions and tax withholdings ensuring full adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
- Act as the main liaison for staff questions concerning benefits leave balances payroll variances and general HR protocols.
- Manage and refresh employee records within the HRIS system upholding the utmost standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal finance departments and external auditors to assemble essential documentation for financial reporting and compliance reviews.
- Organize thorough onboarding and offboarding procedures guaranteeing all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and timely.
- Track and reconcile payroll accounts promptly addressing any discrepancies to avoid payment delays or inaccuracies.
- Keep abreast of updates in labor legislation and financial regulations adjusting internal workflows to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of practical experience in payroll administration or HR support ideally gained within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrate advanced competence in payroll management tools and HRIS platforms with the skill to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Hold a thorough understanding of payroll tax rules benefit structures and employment laws pertinent to the financial industry.
- Show a history of exceptional attention to detail ensuring high precision in both financial records and personnel files.
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a rapid-paced setting.
