Hourly Pay:

Payroll Coordinator: $30.00-$34.00

Payroll $ Benefit Specialist: $34.00-$39.00

• Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

• 17 days PTO per year 11 Paid Holidays 8 Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

• Retirement Plan with 6% match

• Eligible for remote work 2 days per week after the 6-month introductory period.

• Previous experience in payroll benefits human resources accounting or a related function or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience reviewing timesheets employee changes deductions benefits or other payroll-related transactions.

• Working knowledge of payroll practices deductions taxes and wage and hour requirements with an interest in continuing to build payroll expertise.

• Experience working with an HRIS payroll timekeeping or similar business system; UKG Ready experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel with the ability to organize review and analyze detailed information.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies research issues and work through solutions.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships throughout the organization.

• Hands-on experience supporting payroll processing and/or employee benefits administration.

• Experience with payroll taxes reconciliations reporting or general ledger processes.

• Associates degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• Payroll-related training coursework or certification is a plus.
