Job Summary
This is a part time position - Three 8/hr day shifts (24/hrs) a week. M W and F is ideal but can be flexible as long as the days worked are within M-F.Acts as a lead in support of staff scheduling timekeeping reporting and other payroll-related functions in support of operations. Functions as a backup for the manager and payroll/staffing for all transactions and job postings. Also provides administrative support to Nursing Administration and other areas.

Essential Functions
-Ensures daily master schedules are provided for the manager nursing/payroll and collaborates with some of the staff availability to work.
-Ensures optimum staffing efficiency of each unit by assigning Resource Team staff to fill vacancies and approved time off as well as last-minute sick calls emergencies and varying acuity levels.
-Lead timekeeper responsibility ensuring that information is entered correctly and in a timely fashion.
-Prepares changes in systems and performs regular audits of data.
-In the absence of a manager prepares changes for promotions/demotions/transfers posts vacant positions for all inpatient units and leads the team.
-Lead data quality audits prepare reports and present information to leadership.
-Provide orientation and training of new payroll staff.
