Job Summary
Payroll Analyst (Temporary)Job DescriptionSupport the processing of weekly bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal state and local with wage garnishment administration including responding to inquiries and uploading files for payroll employment verification requests and route documentation to the appropriate employee address changes in Dayforce and maintain jurisdiction tracking records as payroll audits and maintain payroll reconciliation spreadsheets on a weekly and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely payroll-related special projects including data audits process documentation system testing reporting compliance reviews and year-end with HR Benefits Finance and other internal stakeholders to support payroll initiatives and process additional payroll and administrative duties as & SkillsExperience with Dayforce payroll software strongly Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables conditional formatting and data understanding of payroll laws regulations and multi-state payroll to maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee and payroll organizational skills with exceptional attention to analytical communication and problem-solving to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Human Resources or a related field of 2-3 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state multi-location performing payroll reconciliations audits and issue resolution supporting payroll-related projects system implementations process improvements or data validation efforts experience estimated hourly range for this position is $35-40/ note that the salary range provided on the job posting does not include potential bonuses and other forms of compensation and in some cases may fall outside the range.
