Patrol Officer

The Stow Police Department is seeking qualified candidate(s) to fill of one (1) anticipated full-time Police Officer position. The candidates must be at least 21 years old have a valid Massachusetts drivers license and have or be able to obtain a valid LTC. Massachusetts Full-Time Academy preferred but will consider other qualified applicants. Candidates that are currently enrolled in a full-time academy are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate must have the ability to work a variable schedule to include nights weekends andholidays.

Benefits include a 4/2 schedule 70/30 Health Coverage Paid Holidays 15 Sick Days per year Paid Vacation $1200 uniform allowance Opportunity for overtime and paid details. Starting salary is between $64230 and $79801 depending on education and experience with a 2% increase July 1 2026. Evening and midnight shift differential.
