Patrol Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Observe and Patrol- Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.
• Loss Prevention- Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.
• Monitor- Monitor and review CCTV footage.
• Record- Prepare activity reports that include the name of the guard areas patrolled and a summary of events
• Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.
• Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors guests and delivery personnel.
• Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
