Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of experience in business office administration customer service registration billing insurance scheduling or call center
OR
Associate degree with two (2) years of experience in business office administration customer service registration billing insurance scheduling or call center
OR
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred)
Highly proficient keyboard and telephone etiquette skills
General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with EPIC system
Call center experience
Experience in registration billing or scheduling in a healthcare environment

- Complex Scheduling rescheduling coordinates and cancels appointments.
- Record request & reviewInputs and/or updates accurate patient information.
- Communicates accurate and complete information.
