Shift: Full-Time 6:30 PM 7:00 AM Wednesday Thursday Friday and every other Sunday

As aPatient Access Representativeyou willbe thefirst point of contact for patients ensuring they receivefast compassionate andaccurateaccess to care.

WhatYoullDo:

Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in process workingacrossmultiple computer systemsto register patients efficiently

Answer phones and gatheraccuratepatient informationquicklyin afast-paced environment

Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answeringquestions with confidence clarity and compassion

Build trustwith patients during moments when they may be ill anxious confused or overwhelmed

Navigate diverseinsurance plans and coverage details enter demographics and medical data collectco-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable

Collaboratewith nurses physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

WhatWereLooking For:

• Exceptionalcustomer serviceexperiencecommunication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortablewith shifting priorities based on patient needs

• Experience withpatient access medical registration insurance verification or front deskis a plus (but not required)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check drug test and meet vaccination requirements
