As a PCT youll be a trusted part of the care team working alongside nurses and clinical staff to keep patients safe comfortable and cared for. Your work will include:

• Providing hands-on direct patient care including bathing mobility assistance and comfort measures
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient information
• Supporting nurses and the care team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care
• Offering compassionate emotional support to patients and families
• Helping maintain a clean safe and respectful care environment
• Safely lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

PCTs are the heartbeat of the hospital experience. Youll be the person patients rely on for comfort communication and carewhile gaining invaluable experience that can launch a long-term career in healthcare.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification within 6 months of hire
