Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly professional Patient Care Specialist to support our busy primary care office with 25 providers. This is a fastpaced highvolume clinic and were looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Check patients in and out with accuracy and professionalism
Verify insurance and update patient records
Collect copayments and process transactions
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Handle medical records requests
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience
Support general front office operations as needed
12 years of frontfacing customer service experience
Healthcare front office experience required
Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pleasant professional demeanor
Basic computer proficiency
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Athena EMR experience is a plus

Compensation Range:
$18.00to
$27.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Companys good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience skills qualifications geographic location internal equity and business needs.
