We are opening a new Beltone hearing care clinic in Madison and are looking for a motivated organized and people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to help launch and grow our practice.

This role is the heartbeat of our clinic.Youllbe the first impressionforour patients and a key driver of appointment flow follow-ups and overall patient experience.

WhatYoullDo

• Greet patients and create a warm professional experience

• Schedule hearing evaluations fittings and follow-ups

• Answer phones and convert inquiries into booked appointments

• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

• Handle patient intake paperwork and basic administrative tasks

• Support providers with patient flow and coordination

• Make follow-up calls to undecided or inactive patients

• Help grow referrals and community awareness

Youwontbe selling hearing aids but your work directly supports clinic success.

WhatWereLooking For

• Customer service or healthcare front-office experience preferred
