Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. This role involves providing quality inhome support to clients assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care Assist with bathing grooming hygiene and mobility
• Household tasks Light cleaning meal prep laundry
• Companionship Provide social interaction and emotional support
• Medication reminders Ensure clients stay on schedule
• Transportation Assist with appointments and errands

Requirements:

• Experience preferred Prior caregiving or CNA experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• Strong communication
