More About Our Team:
Our 28-bed Medical Telemetry unit provides specialized continuous monitoring for a high-acuity patient population with diverse clinical needs. We manage a dynamic range of cases including complex cardiac and respiratory conditions post-surgical recovery patients requiring bedside hemodialysis as well as other medical conditions. This versatile environment demands a high level of clinical expertise to ensure safe high-quality care for every patient on their path to recovery.

How youll contribute:

A Patient Care Assistant who excels in this role:

Provides direct patient care

Performs specific documentation in the patients record

Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance

Communicates appropriate information in departmental and interdepartmentally

Assists and participates in staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development.

Applies knowledge of age-related factors appropriately to patients utilizing appropriate policies and procedures

What were looking for:
Education: High School diploma preferred.
License: Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred.
Certifications: BLS; Handle with Care preferred.
