Job Description

Experience assisting Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front line staff

Two years of patient access experience

GED or High School Diploma

Advanced communication and computer skills. Proven history of sound decision making; problem solving; and analytical thinking.

Complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer-based system requires use of EPIC and Teams.

Experience as a scheduler needed. Schedules for 4 high volumes high- risk preganancy clinics.
