Job Summary

Twin Farms is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team in Barnard Vermont.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a pastry professional who takes pride in craftsmanship creativity and the small details that make a guest experience memorable. Working closely with our pastry leadership and broader culinary team youll help create desserts pastries breads and thoughtful touches across our dining experiences special events and seasonal offerings.

Whether you are building your pastry career or bringing several years of experience we are looking for someone who is curious dependable detail-oriented and excited to continue developing their craft.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare pastries desserts breads baked goods and pastry components with a focus on quality consistency flavor and presentation.

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal menus new desserts and special preparations.

  • Assist with finishing plating and presentation for dining service private experiences and special events.

  • Maintain a clean organized and well-prepared workstation throughout each shift.

  • Follow food safety sanitation labeling storage and handling standards.

  • Work closely with the pastry culinary and service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

  • Help monitor product usage waste and inventory while supporting thoughtful kitchen operations.

  • Assist with receiving storage rotation and organization of pastry ingredients and supplies.

  • Contribute ideas ask questions and continue building your technical pastry skills alongside an experienced culinary team.


Qualifications :

  • Previous professional pastry baking or culinary experience preferred.
  • Fine dining luxury hospitality bakery or high-quality restaurant experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.

  • A genuine interest in pastry and a desire to continue learning.

  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a professional kitchen.

  • Dependability and strong follow-through.

  • A collaborative positive approach to working with others.

  • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
