Passport Acceptance Agent Remote

We are seeking experienced Passport Acceptance Agents to evaluate and improve AI-generated passport guidance. Youll use your public-facing experience to ensure questions reflect real applicant needs and answers are accurate complete and helpful. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review sample passport questions for realism and relevance.
• Develop rubrics covering new applications renewals replacements forms fees and processing options.
• Create evaluation criteria for identity and citizenship documents photo requirements and applications for minors.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers for errors omissions and outdated guidance.
• Provide clear actionable written feedback to the project team asynchronously.

• Current or recent Passport Acceptance Agent designation through a post office county clerk library or similar organization.
• At least 1 year of experience assisting the public with passport applications.
• Working knowledge of passport forms fees identification and citizenship documents and requirements for minors.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to start quickly and commit 2030 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience handling lost stolen or damaged passports and name changes.
• Experience creating guides checklists or training materials.
