Shipping Coordinator
A global industrial company supporting the semiconductor industry is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support its operations in Carrollton TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional looking to build a career in logistics customer service or the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the customer and internal operations teams.
- Coordinate shipping and dispatch priorities based on customer needs.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
- Manage time-sensitive logistics communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate shipping and logistics information.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and keep shipments moving on schedule.
Qualifications
- Fluent Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Customer service logistics shipping or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Recent graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Some Shipping knowledge (or processing of DHL Forwarding) is preferred.
