We are looking for a dependable organized and team-oriented Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC Plumbing and Electrical departments running efficiently.

This is a fast-paced role that is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy being on the move and playing an important part in a larger team. Youll spend your mornings and evenings picking up parts from our distributors and delivering them back to the shop while spending the day supporting our different departments with parts and materials as needed.

• Pick up HVAC Plumbing and Electrical parts from local distributors and vendors.
• Complete morning and evening parts runs to ensure the shop and field teams have what they need.
• Deliver parts materials and equipment to different departments throughout the day.
• Help coordinate and organize parts as they arrive at the shop.
• Verify that parts and materials picked up match the requested items.
• Communicate with warehouse service installation and management teams regarding parts needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Safely load transport and unload parts and materials.
• Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed.
• Provide reliable support to our field technicians and installers so they can stay focused on serving our customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable punctual and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Comfortable driving throughout the local area multiple times per day.
• Ability to lift carry and move parts and materials as needed.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous HVAC Plumbing Electrical warehouse parts delivery or construction experience is a plus
• Someone who takes pride in being dependable and understands that their role directly impacts the success of the field team.
