Parts Manager

Lead a parts team and own part of the company too.

When a customers machine is down your team finds the right part gets it in fast and gets them back to work. Youll run the parts department from the counter to the P&L and coach a small team as an employee-owner whose results help grow your own stake in the company.

What Youll Do

• Lead your team. Supervise a small team of Parts Specialists through regular one-on-ones coaching and goal-setting.
• Run the department. Manage inventory purchasing and budget.
• Own the numbers. Track fill rate gross margin and other KPIs and act when a metric slips.
• Build relationships. Manage top accounts call on new customers work with vendors and partner with our Service team.
• Keep it safe. Keep the parts area clean organized and safe.

What Youll Bring

• 3-6 years of parts inventory or related experience (equipment industry a plus)
• Experience leading people or a strong desire to
• Comfort with KPIs budgets and basic P&L
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid drivers license
