In this role you will:

• Work and communicate with team members when performing any assigned work task.
• Move both finished products as well as raw materials throughout the warehouse using a lift truck
• Maintain both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks.
• Perform work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements take responsibility to keep coworkers safe.
• Maintain both accuracy and completeness on all required paperwork.
• Follow all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for both work area and department.
• Maintain safe operating procedures for all equipment required to perform work tasks.
• Follow all proper lifting procedures.

In one of our manufacturing roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma GED Grade 12 certificate.
• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of continuous work experience in a warehouse and/or distribution environment.
• At least 2 years of Lift Truck experience
• Have basic computer knowledge mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
• Working inside warehouse / comfortable working temperatures winter / summer
• Can drive tractor forward if vision not obscured / required to drive backwards when vision is obscured

Starting Hourly Wage: $26.17 USD

At Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. Youll also enjoy a full benefits package including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
