The Role
This is a center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role serving children with autism with an average age range of 2-7 years focused on early intervention social development and school readiness. Youll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
- Center-based services
- Early learners (ages 2 - 7)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct speech therapy services with clients aged 2-7 y/o
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients goals and needs
- Help clients improve speech language communication and swallowing disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate client records and reports
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care
- Educate families on strategies for managing conditions

Qualifications
- New York State Speech and Language Pathology License
- Experience working with children comfortable with 2-7 y/os
- Experience with developmental disorders and delays
- Strong communication organization and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit and stand on the floor; remain at eye level with clients
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at a time
