Part time recruiter

We are a growing in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need support in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help attract hire and retain exceptional caregivers. There is opportunity to grow into a full-time position in the near future. The position is mostly in-office and includes some remote work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers CNAs HHAs and related staff through job boards community outreach and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding
• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Build relationships with local community organizations and workforce resources
• Help maintain staffing levels to meet client needs

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting staffing HR or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates
• Experience with caregiving or healthcare staffing is a plus
• Friendly professional and dependable
