JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Radiation Science & Engineering Center is seeking applicants for a part-time receptionist.
Job duties to include:
- Serve as primary point of contact and escort for visitors tours classes and maintain security by collecting required information needed for signing guests in showing safety and security video and distributing dosimetry.
- Answer phones/assist callers.
- Provide general office support: maintain office supply inventory and ordering gas cylinder orders/returns purchasing/ordering requests note taking for staff meetings and emergency drills scheduling shipping pickups maintain office machines enter OPP work orders and maintain copies of forms needed for operations.
- Assist with yearly Open House events workshops and meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Requirements qualifications and/or competencies:
- Office Teams Simba SAP Concur Worklion preferred
Selected candidate will be subject to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) background checks and fingerprinting prior to starting.
Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday 20-24 hours per week
Compensation:
The starting rate for this job is $20/hour
