Part time Qualified Professional- IDD Asheville

Universal Mental Health Services Inc. is hiring a part-time Qualified Professional (QP) to coordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Asheville - Hendersonville North Carolina area. The ideal candidate is compassionate organized and committed to delivering person-centered support that helps individuals and families thrive in the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Provide person-centered support to individuals and families
• Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely accurate documentation and service records
• Use strong communication organizational and computer skills to manage daily responsibilities

Requirements

• Related Human Services degree and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or
• Non-related degree and at least 4 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• A genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilities

Job Details

• Job type: Part-time
• Schedule: 20 hours per week Monday through Friday
• Location: Asheville North Carolina
