Location: The Learning Experience Gurnee IL
Pay: $18 - $19.25 (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time 2:30 PM 6:30 PM (flexible)
- Support teachers during afternoon activities transitions and pick-up routines
- Help maintain safe classroom ratios across infant toddler and preschool rooms
- Assist with snack outdoor play and closing classroom procedures
- Create a warm welcoming experience for children and families at pick-up
- Help maintain clean organized classrooms at end of day
- Follow all health safety and licensing standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred
- ECE coursework or CDA a plus
- Reliable flexible and team-oriented
- Must meet Illinois childcare licensing requirements
- Consistent part-time weekday schedule ideal for students or those with morning commitments
