To be considered for this position candidates must:

• Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or be scheduled to graduate within the next six (6) months.
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Have a passion for helping older adults maximize their independence and quality of life.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
