Location: One Vision Thrift Solutions - Clear Lake IA

Hours: 20-25 hrs per week (8 am - 2 pm)

Whether youre sorting donations preparing merchandise for wholesale or helping keep our warehouse running smoothly every task you complete helps create a cleaner more efficient operation that supports individuals and communities across Iowa.

What Youll Do

Every day is a little different but your responsibilities may include:

• Sort donated merchandise by quality category and seasonal relevance.
• Identify and separate high-value items for additional review.
• Prepare products for baling loading and shipment.
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe throughout the day.
• Move materials cardboard and trash to designated areas.
• Assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently.
• Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership.
• Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently.
• Support other departments including direct support services when needed.

Previous warehouse production stockroom or retail backroom experience is helpful-but not required. Well provide the training you need to be successful.

Physical Requirements

This position is active throughout the day and may require:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending stooping kneeling and reaching.
• Lifting carrying pushing and moving donated merchandise.
• Working safely in a warehouse and production environment.
• Working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
