We offer flexible scheduling steady client assignments supportive leadership and opportunities for career growth. Whether youre seeking full-time part-time PRN weekday weekend or 12-hour shifts we have opportunities available to fit your schedule.

Schedule Include:

• It Can be a PT and PRN
• Different shifts are available (AM PM Night shift)
• Must able to work in the westside eastside and southwest part of cleveland.

What Youll Do

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and personal hygiene
Provide mobility assistance transfers and ambulation support
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping laundry and household organization
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year of caregiving home care assisted living or direct care experience preferred
HHA STNA CNA or Nursing Assistant training preferred
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest x-ray
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following client care plans
Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
