Job Summary
Part time receptionist needed for a busy Automotive dealership. Hours required are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 5pm-8pm Friday 4pm-8pm Saturday 1pm-6pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Operate multiline switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the Accounting Department
- Provide second set of keys for sales people
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass drug and background check
- Must have a valid Drivers license
