As aPatient RegistrationCustomer Service Representativein Patient Registration you will be the first friendly face patientsmeetwhen they check into the hospital.Youll:
Help patients navigate the registration process
Answer questions with confidence clarity and compassion

WhatYoullDo Day-to-Day
Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
Assistpatients who may be ill anxious or confused
Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (withtraining!)
Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations
Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service experience
Ability to pass background check drug test and meet vaccination requirements
Preferred
Medical or healthcare experience (but not!)
