Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate dependable and caring CNA HCA or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bothell Washington.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort dignity independence and quality of life.

Part-Time Various Days of the Week Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM

• Flexible part-time daytime schedule.
• Shifts scheduled on various days of the week.
• Hours will fall between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Specific workdays and shift times will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Additional shifts may be available.

$21.00$23.00 per hour depending on experience and assignment.

As a Caregiver you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe comfortable and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the clients care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.

We are looking for someone who is attentive respectful and committed to providing quality care that supports the clients independence and well-being.

• Assist with personal care hygiene bathing and dressing as needed.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Observe and report changes in the clients condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client family and care team.
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable home environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.

• Current active Washington State CNA or HCA credential as applicable to the position.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association as required.
• Compassionate patient respectful and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Strong communication time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
