What Your Days Will Look Like

• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team supporting their clinical growth and career development
• Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each childs care plan
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
• Partner daily with OT PT and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines

Compensation

• Hourly model: $40-51/hour
• Salary model available

What Youll Need

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
