Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

Its about helping customers supporting the business and ensuring the financial details behind every order are handled accurately and professionally. Were looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with both numbers and people while helping keep cash flow moving.
In this role youll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve account questions apply payments research discrepancies and conduct collection outreach calls. Success comes from being organized detail-oriented and proactive in following through on issues until they are resolved.
What Youll Do
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records
- Monitor aging accounts and assist with collections activities
- Investigate and resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies
- Process credits maintain tax exemption documentation and support accounting operations
What We Offer at Duraco
- Flexible Part Time Schedule: Work 2024 hours per week on-site at our Forest Park IL location. Hours will be scheduled within our standard business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

Hourly range for this position is between $22.00 - $26.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
