Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist ($20$21/hr Flexible Hours)

Do you like solving problems following through and getting paid whats owed Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a part-time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for our Kansas City headquarters. Youll make sure our completed roofing projects get paid by working with insurance companies homeowners and our Project Managers.

What Youll Do

• Follow up with insurance companies on pending payments for completed projects
• Act as the go-between for Project Managers insurance companies and homeowners
• Set up payment plans with homeowners when needed
• Find hard-to-reach debtors and start the recovery process
• Keep clear accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Help with related back-office work such as invoicing and permits/licensing
• Take on other duties as assigned

• Part-time in-office schedule: MondayFriday 2530 hours a week with flexible hours

Requirements:

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience in collections accounts receivable or insurance claims
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite)
