Part MarkAssembly Operator

Position Summary
Under moderate supervision sets up and operates machines to part mark and package work pieces to specification by performing the following duties:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities
Performs basic operation of equipment to produce to rate and meet quality standards.
Sets up and operates video jet and electro-etch machines to mark parts.
Sets up and operates auto-bagger machines uses a digital scale treats and packages parts for proper storage.
Monitors machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur.
Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and performs basic machine upkeep.
May perform lubing clipping or small part assembly as needed.
Other duties as required.
Minimum Education or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of related experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
