POSITION SUMMARY
Work in the Parking Service Center (PSC) field customer calls service in-person customer visits and support the parking operations of JBG SMITH.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Answer phones and offsite intercom calls to the PSC with customer-focused interaction in mind.
- Assist customers with payments and monthly parking sign up.
- Update service and repair logs and report issues to incoming shift member.
- Review systems to ensure smooth site operations.
- Help report cash input and analyze financial and occupancy reports.
- Inspect and assess garage conditions.
- Ensure that parking and parking areas are to brand standard.
- Triage and repair equipment.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)
- High school diploma (or GED).
- Thorough understanding of the paramount importance of customer service and a commitment to continually improve the customer experience culture.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate and guide customers through payment signup and other concerns.
- Proactive team player with the confidence to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of accountability and responsibility for performance and work product.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with basic mechanical repairs.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
This is an essential role and vital to our operations; therefore the employee must be prepared to work during adverse weather conditions and other situations that may disrupt normal business activities. Additionally flexibility to work some weekends and holidays is necessary.
- 1 year of call center experience preferred.

- Move freely throughout the property including moving up and down stairs.

The salary range for this position is $22.00/hour to $25.00/hour. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline.
