Summary

The Parent Ambassador is a part-time community-facing role that supports the student recruitment efforts of Integration Charter Schools. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Recruitment the Parent Ambassador serves as a trusted voice and representative of the school community helping to attract prospective families by sharing their firsthand experience as a current or former ICS parent.

Responsibilities

• Represent Integration Charter Schools at recruitment events community outreach activities school fairs and information sessions
• Engage prospective families in authentic conversations about the ICS experience programs and culture
• Assist the Assistant Director of Recruitment in executing outreach strategies and meeting enrollment goals
• Distribute recruitment materials throughout the community including local businesses community centers houses of worship and neighborhood organizations
• Follow up with prospective families via phone text or in-person to answer questions and encourage enrollment
• Assist with the planning and execution of open houses and school tours
• Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts and activities as directed
• Serve as a positive visible ambassador for ICS on social media and within personal networks

Salary

$25.00 per hour.
