Pay: $25.00 $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time In-home ABA Therapy After-school & Weekend Hours Available

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team across Long Island NY.
Position Overview;
As an RBT you will deliver direct ABA therapy services to children in home school and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about behavioral health autism services and early intervention with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities;- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in in-home school-based or center-based settings
- Perform accurate data collection session notes and documentation using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours)
- Track client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with families caregivers and supervising BCBAs
- Participate in onboarding training and ongoing RBT supervision sessions
Qualifications;
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques behavior intervention and data collection methods
- Strong communication interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
