Youll assist advisors by preparing for meetings conducting investment research and coordinating prospect interactions all while delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills is passionate about client satisfaction and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. What youll do:

Prepare Financial Plans Investment Allocation models Insurance proposals and presentations for client meetings
Utilize websites and software to obtain client and product information
Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace
Establish and maintain detailed client files
Prepare client correspondence including letters and emails
Fulfill routine client service requests resolve inquiries and escalate cases when appropriate
Assist in client meetings

What Were Looking For:

5 years of experience working with a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced financial industry setting
Series 65 or equivalent investment advisory license required
Experience with eMoney or similar planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational prioritization and time management abilities
Detail-oriented proactive and resourceful
Outstanding customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Friendly professional manner and enjoys client interaction
Loves staying behind the scenes and nurturing client relationships
Reliable with a strong work ethic maturity and positive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Seeking long-term employment
