Take-Two a global leader in the fast-growing interactive entertainment industry is seeking a Paralegal to provide day-to-day administrative and paralegal support to our immigration team partnering with external immigration providers and internal HR to provide a curated experience for employees requiring work authorization support in the countries where we are located. The Paralegal will support seamless processing of North American employee immigration files by serving as a point of contact for employees external counsel and internal teams.

Day-to-day case management of routine business immigration matters in the United States and Canada including but not limited to H-1B L-1 O-1 TN PERM and I-140 petitions (US) along with Canadian work permit applications and employment-based Permanent Residence applications
Initiate and track matters with external counsel for new hires intra-company transfers labor certifications and employment-based immigrant applications
Provide regular case updates to employees and stakeholders including email updates HR-facing trackers and status calls
Give guidance on immigration processes to employees to ensure they have full understanding of the required documentation and timelines;
Act as a resource for HRBP Talent Acquisition and external counsel for general workflow processes
Prepare immigration-related letters and documents that align with country-specific immigration or entry requirements
As necessary perform research to support immigration cases such as background on a specialization or industry current wages processing procedures processing speed options consular processes etc.

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 2-3 years of Canadian and US immigration law experience.
• In-house legal experience highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Broad knowledge of current events and pop culture.
• Passion for video games highly desirable.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $65700 and $97260 per Year. However base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates such as job-related knowledge skills experience and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements including a bonus and/or equity awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits.
