CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE CURRENT AND LEGIBLE. INCOMPLETE AND / OR PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. CERTIFICATIONS:Specific certifications can be obtained by contacting various organizations. A list of possible vendors can be found on the Human Resources website under Employment Opportunities; click on certification / class information. On-line certification for First Aid/CPR/AED is acceptable for application purposes only. Proof of hands-on certification will be required prior to knowledge highly desired and the ability to help a student stay on task desired.

NCLB COMPLIANCE:(If required by job description)Proof of Associates Degree (AA); or 48 college semester units; or proof of passing Santee School Districts Proficiency Test (certifications from other Districts are acceptable if NCLB criteria meets Santee School Districts requirements) and must be attached to your TESTING:(If required by job description)Applicants applying for a position requiring NCLB certification and who are not NCLB compliant must pass the Santee School Districts NCLB Proficiency Test. The two-hour District Proficiency Test will be given MOST Weekdays between 9:00 am 1:00 pm at the District Office. Please contact Human Resource Department at or to register. Hand-held calculators can be used during the test. No other electronic devices are allowed (including cell phones smart phones etc.)
