Located in Red Bud Illinois RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication electrical assembly panel building and complete modular unit assembly. Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a$1000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of addition candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud IL facility are eligible for a $5000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and troubleshoot electrical systems including but not limited tocontrol panels control stations and junction boxes.
• Interpret data from electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics.
• Diagnose malfunctioning system components/wiringusing test equipment andlocatethe cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Understand complex panel builds and help define project requirements when not specified.
• Create red lined drawings for design errors and/orchanges.
• Useelectrical test equipment and perform finalcheckon panels.
• Run electrical wires in the most effective route to minimize wire usedand foruniformity and neatness.
• Create wire/panel labelsutilizingengraving and printing equipment.
• Exceptional attendance.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and workin accordance withestablishedsafetyand company requirements.

SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is.
• Associates Degree in Electrical Control Systems Technology ora related fieldis strongly preferred.
• At leasttwo(2) yearsof panel building experience is.
• Ability to readblue prints line and schematic drawings.
• High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DCexperience is.
• Strong math skills are.
• Experience withhand heldtools and assembling parts is.
• Mustpossessthe ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel both hourly and management in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to frequent and mandatory overtime weekends and some holidays are.
• Mustcomply withRoesleinscore values for the safe and efficient operation of the business andmaintainsound relationships among and with employees.
