Job Description
NECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcomingElectrical Panel Board Assembleropportunities with a company in the Wooster area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with electronic assembly experience who can accurately read schematics and assemble circuit boards to meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematics
- Read and interpret electrical schematics diagrams and assembly drawings
- Install solder and secure electronic components using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous panel board or electronic assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is required
- Experience working with small components and precision hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
