We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedPalantir Foundry Developer to support the design development and optimization of data workflows and automation within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role is ideal for earlycareer developers or data engineers who are eager to grow their technical skills work with cuttingedge data technologies and contribute to highimpact business outcomes.

• Build and maintain data pipelines in Palantir Foundry covering ingestion transformation and integration of complex datasets
• Design data models and ontology structures that support data quality lineage and interoperability
• Write efficient Python SQL and Spark code to power custom transforms and workflows
• Build and manage LLM-powered workflows and agents using Palantir AIP
• Translate business and operational requirements from cross-functional stakeholders into working Foundry solutions
• Support development of dashboards data applications and front-end interfaces for end users
• Contribute to ETL design testing and maintenance across cloud-based data environments
• Assist in integrating new data sources ensuring high data quality and reliability
• Help automate ingestion transformation and validation processes.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a STEM field (Computer Science Data Science Engineering or similar)
• 3 years of experience in data engineering or a closely related technical role
• 2 years of handson experience in Palantir Foundry or another advanced data platform at enterprise scale.
• Strong proficiency in SQL complex queries data modeling relational database design
• Working proficiency in Python for data manipulation and pipeline development
• Hands-on familiarity with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP
• Some exposure to front-end design or UI development
• Experience with TypeScript for front-end or application-layer development
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Azure GCP) or Databricks
• Experience building Foundry Ontologies OTs Code Repositories and operational applications
• Knowledge of micro-services REST APIs and eventdriven architectures
• Effective communication skills in a cross-functional client-facing environment
• Ability to collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly
• Strong problemsolving mindset with attention to detail

• Experience in HR system integrations
