Paint Project Manager

A growing commercial painting contractor in the Charlotte market is expandingand is seeking a strong Project Manager. This hire will step into an active backlog support newly awarded work and play a key role in client management and project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is polished relationship-focused and experienced managing large commercial projects in the paintsector.

• Oversee new construction projects from award through closeout

• Regularly meet with clients visit active jobsites and maintain strong customer relationships

• Familiarity with Buzzbid Estimating Software

• Lead negotiations on change orders and resolve A/B-level project issues

• Collaborate with internal APMs/PMs who handle much of the internal operational workload

• Ensure project schedules budget goals and quality standards are met

• Represent the company professionally with owners GCs and project partners

• Experience in commercial painting project management or other construction sector experience

• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize field presence

• Capable of owning relationship management more than pure back-office operations

• Driven polished and comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities
