JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses:WV License IMLC or providers that qualify for the temp WV
- Board: Board Certified in Pain Medicine (or eligible)
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: Pain Fellowship (accredited)
- Experience: 5 years minimum in Pain Medicine
- Provide comprehensive pain management services in outpatient clinic and hospital setting.
- Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal injections including cervical thoracic and lumbar epidural steroid injections.
- Perform medial branch blocks radiofrequency ablations and facet joint injections.
- Conduct ultrasound-guided injections and procedures.
- Manage patient caseload of approximately 15 patients per day including follow-up and treatment planning.
