• Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers

Providers Role:

• Location: Oakland Maryland (10mins from Deep Creek Lake)
• Pain Management Physician
• Provide a variety of clinical and technical skills including EMG reads coordination workup diagnosis treatment interventional and medical management with follow-up to pain patients.
• Ability to provide pain related procedures: Steroid Injections Branch Blocks RFA Trigger Point Injections Stimulators etc.
• Schedule: 40hr week. M-F
• Join a team of 1 other Pain Management Physician and 1 NP

Background Profile:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Maryland MD or DO licensure
