A look at what youll contribute:

• Build and manage our Paid Media channels including Google Ads Meta Ads Geofencing Pinterest OTT etc.
• Optimize audit and implement tracking to produce standout measurable campaigns
• Curate a paid media strategy with our client services team to best meet our client KPIs
• Speak to campaign performance and guide paid media strategy in client calls
• Make strategic recommendations to our clients on budget channel use and campaign types to help them achieve their goals
• Collaborate with our Organic Media Creative and Web Teams to deliver a cohesive experience for our clients
• Test explore and investigate new strategies to deepen our impact for our paid media tactics
• Engage and contribute to our Product Teams think tank and knowledge sessions to stay on the forefront of our marketing and real estate industry trends

Were ready to connect if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of agency or multifamily experience
• A minimum of 2 years of building and managing paid search and paid social campaigns
• A strong understanding of Google Analytics Google Tag manager
• Experience working with reporting and online ad management software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to your work (client facing experience is a plus)
• The ability to work in a fast-paced growing and results-oriented environment.
• An innovation-focused mindset always looking for changes to the industry upcoming trends and ways to creatively and effectively optimize our services and team.
• A desire to grow yourself and those around you
