Locations: San Fernando Valley North Los Angeles & Surrounding Areas!
Part-Time: $20.25 / hour
Afternoon & Evening shifts
Mileage reimbursement
$10/month cell phone stipend

Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning cooking and budgeting
Encourage and model independence hobbies and social activities
Assist participants access and participate in community activities
Assist with personal care such as medication support hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)
Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant
Record keep progress of care plan
Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset
Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect especially during challenging moments
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Responsible and can assist in goal progress tracking
CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if youre not certified or need to be recertified)
Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
Able to be around cats
