Position Summary:
LidWorks is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for packaging products and materials by hand while ensuring quality standards safety procedures and production requirements are met.
Schedule:
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM.
- The schedule operates on a rotating shift schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine and inspect materials and finished products to ensure packing specifications and quality standards are met.
- Remove completed or defective products and place them in designated boxes or assigned areas.
- Measure count and organize materials accurately.
- Package products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work overtime as required based on production needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
